From Academic Foundation to International Projects
The theoretical base I gained at Istanbul University Faculty of Business was strengthened by my dual MBA in Management and Marketing at Yeditepe University with strategic thinking, financial analysis and brand management skills. This academic background shaped the decision-making of the large-scale projects I would later manage and the companies I would found.
My professional journey began in the automotive group of Koç Holding. That period, based on corporate brand management and customer behaviour analysis, gave me a strong start in business life.
Leadership in Turkey's Largest Residential Projects
The turning point of my career was the roles I took on in the mega projects that shaped Turkey's real estate history.
- Soyak Construction Marketing Director: I led sales and marketing strategies for projects exceeding 9,000 units in total, such as Soyak Yenişehir and Soyak Olympia Kent.
- Pioneer of Digital Sales: I launched Olympia Park Phase 2 entirely online, a first in Turkey and worldwide. This step opened a new era in the sector as a pioneer of digital real estate sales.
- Luxury Segment Management: As Deputy General Manager at A. Yıldırım International Construction, we delivered the Millenyum Park Evleri project. The project was selected "Best Villa Project" at the Golden Housing Awards.
Entrepreneurship: A 360-Degree Service Ecosystem
In 2008 I set up my own path and founded the brands Empro, Pro-J and Dr. House.
In this period I built a multi-brand structure covering not only sales and marketing but decoration, landscaping, home care and operations. I developed an end-to-end model offering 360-degree service from sale to design of the living space.
A New Chapter in London: Strategic Models and 60 Successful Completions
My move to London in 2021 opened the second act of my career. I learned the dynamics of the UK property market, its legal framework and tax advantages on the ground and began to offer end-to-end consultancy to international investors.
In the last 5 years I have successfully completed over 60 projects with my global partners.
Rather than selling ready projects, I designed tailor-made investment models that grow investors' capital.

- Social Housing and Government-Backed Models – We provide guaranteed income with UK government-backed, CPI-linked long-term lease models of up to 25 years; refinancing strategies allow recovery of most of the investment within 18–24 months.
- Hotel and Alternative Investments – We develop versatile hotel projects with restaurants, spas and event spaces in London's tourist and business centres and increase operational profitability through strong brand partnerships.
