Who we are
We are a full-time, institutional-grade real estate investment advisory based in Knightsbridge — the heart of London. We work in Turkish and English, with presence in Istanbul, Ankara and Dubai when you need us on the ground.
Our founder, M. Serhat Saatci, has 25 years in real estate. After Koç Holding, as Marketing Director at Soyak he delivered what was likely Turkey's — and perhaps the world's — first fully online residential sale: 670 apartments and villas in Soyak Olympiakent Phase 2, sold in 2.5 hours. He then served as Deputy General Manager at A. Yildirim International Construction and delivered Milenyum Park, awarded Turkey's best villa project.
After his corporate chapter he built Empro, Pro-J and Dr. House — a 360-degree luxury residential ecosystem. That same end-to-end philosophy is what Brick & Fortune brings to London today.
We use real estate as a deliberate instrument to compound capital. Property is not the end in itself; it is the vehicle. We stay inside Zone 1 — where London's history, aesthetics and liquidity are most concentrated.

What we do
- We work only in London Zone 1. We source off-market opportunities that never hit public portals. We produce research and feasibility, then recommend structure. We drive refurbishment to zero-luxury standard as fast and cost-efficiently as the brief allows. We coordinate financial and legal advisory. We lead on entry and on exit. End-to-end, 360-degree.
- Many firms sell London project inventory from Turkey; very few deliver the same depth of end-to-end model. Most sell leasehold; we focus on freehold — land and building together.
What sets us apart
Location focus: Our client relationships are not one-off transactions. We keep working to grow your capital until you say stop. We do not touch your money — material steps sit with your solicitors and regulated counterparts.
Ownership model: We stay in Zone 1 — London's most valuable belt. Much of the market's volume sits in outer zones and repetitive towers labelled 'emerging'; that is rarely where prime London character compounds.
